New Partnership with Leading Paraguayan IT
Solutions Provider Expands Altitude Software’s Solutions Reach in
Latin America Key Markets (10/2008)
Altitude Software, a global independent contact center solutions
vendor, and HPTI Sistemas e Equipamientos SA, an advanced IT
solutions provider based on Paraguay, have signed an agreement to
offer the Paraguayan companies access to Altitude Software’s leading
contact center solutions.
Altitude Software now addresses the Paraguayan market through
HPTI, reinforcing its main strategy of covering all the relevant
markets in Latin America, where the company already has offices in
Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. This strategy has been
successful as, according to a recent report issued by the leading
analyst Gartner*, Altitude Software has experienced a 115% increase
in agent shipments in 2007 and it now holds a top five market share
position among contact center solution vendors in the region.
Commenting on the partnership, Altitude Software’s President for
Latin America Elaine Ferreira stated: “Altitude Software’s offering

el 10º Congreso del Supermercadismo Paraguayo (10/2008)

Equipamientos S.A presentes en el Congreso de Supermercadismo
HPTI Sistemas y Equipamientos S.A representante y distribuidor de las marcas
de BEMATECH, GERTEC, ORY, DIMEP TSSHARA, ZEBRA, ALTITUDE, especializados en
la segmentación de automatización comercial y bancaria, estuvo presente en
el 10º Congreso del Supermercadismo Paraguayo y la Expo Capasu, del 14 al 16
de octubre pasado en el Centro de Convenciones de la Conmebol, en Luque -
Paraguay, alcanzando así reforzar la imagen, presencia y liderazgo de las
prestigiosas empresas que representa y distribuye en el país.
Uno de los Invitados para el 10º Congreso del Supermercadista Paraguayo, fue
el Ing. Guillermo H. Savanco, International Market Manager: Retail Latín
America de Bematech, quien dió una charla sobre el tema la actualización y
la calificación permanente en el sector de comercio y servicios, teniendo el
cliente como foco, demostrando que los mismos son importantes para el éxito
en el comercio en general, principalmente en el mercado minorista, esta
demostrado que es fundamental el uso de POS en puntos de venta para a
agilidad en la atención y velocidad para generar informes comerciales entre
otros.
El disertante tuvo como enfoque presentar las mas nuevas tecnologías para o
mercado Retail, a través de las novedades que puedan ser implementadas en
las áreas de tecnología y layout de las tiendas.
Otros temas abordados fueron los que visan al desarrollo de los
emprendimientos de los comerciantes tales como utilización de tecnología
Touch Screen, Impresoras Fiscales - Rollo de Auditoria Electrónico, entre
otros y casos de éxito en Latinoamérica. Por otro lado demostró a los
presentes el ejemplo de la tienda concepto (Concept Store) del grupo Pão de
Açúcar en el Shopping Iguatemi en San Pablo, que es una de las más modernas
del mundo y sus frecuentadores pueden hacer las compras con la ayuda de una
estructura que cuenta con la tecnología más avanzada del comercio en la
actualidad.
El Ing. Savanco, juntamente con la Ejecutiva de HPTI, Lorena Aldama
estuvieron reunidos en el stand con el Sr Elzear Salemma, quien enalteció la
participación de HPTI, que anualmente participa del evento trayendo
actualizaciones sobre las últimas tendencias en hardware y software para la
automatización comercial, reafirmando su vanguardismo.

Expomática 2008
HPTI Sistemas Y Equipamientos S.A. empresa dedicada en la segmentación en
Automatización Comercial y Bancaria, estuvo presente en 9° edición de
EXPOMÁTICA, la feria de tecnología, informática y telecomunicaciones más
importante del sector en Paraguay, del 22 al 24 de octubre pasado en el
Hotel Sheraton de Asunción, alcanzando así reforzar la imagen, presencia y
liderazgo de las prestigiosas marcas que representa y distribuye en el país.
Los visitantes presentes pudieron estar al tanto de la extensa gama de
productos en el stand de HPTI, que mostró las novedades y tendencias del
rubro de automatizaciones en general. En el stand se pudo ver los varios
Puntos de Ventas Bematech expuestos, laboratorio de Thin Client de Ory
instalado para ser probado por empresarios e informáticos, además de relojes
DIMEP biométricos conectados, y novedades sobre la Línea G de Zebra, a más
de de probar los equipos, los visitados fueron agasajados con brindes
especiales preparados exclusivamente para el evento.
Además a HPTI ha participado de la Rueda de Negocios de la Expomática ya que
fue una oportunidad para el origen de nuevos acuerdos internacionales y
contactos comerciales. El resultado fue satisfactorio pues HPTI pudo
realizar intercambios comerciales con empresas reconocidas del sector.
